Most of the work we do out in Saginaw falls into a short list: torsion spring replacement on doors in that late-90s to 2000s cohort, opener logic board or motor swaps on units that have simply aged out after two decades, roller and hinge replacement where heat cycling has worn the galvanizing off faster than the door itself has failed, and the occasional track realignment after a panel's warped slightly from sun exposure on a south-facing garage. We don't push full door replacement on these calls unless the panels themselves are cracked or the track is bent beyond a clean pull-back - a 20-year-old steel door with a bad spring is usually a repair, not a replacement. One honest limit: if a part's been discontinued by the original opener manufacturer, we'll tell you that up front rather than quote a repair we can't actually source, and talk through a straight opener swap instead.
